Ingredients

Puff yeast dough (I have it ready) 2 layers of 250 gr
Mashed potatoes 500 g
Meat (any) 400 g
Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs
Cheese 60 g
Egg yolk 1 PC

Cooking method

Prepare mashed potatoes as you would normally. Cool down.
Chop the meat and onion finely and fry in a pan. Cool down.
Grate pickled cucumbers or finely chop. Mix with meat. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut each layer of puff yeast dough into 4 parts.

Roll each part into a rectangle and so that the edges are thinner than the middle.

Make cuts on both sides. Put mashed potatoes in the middle.

Now wrap one side of the dough over the filling so that the cut is in the center.

And also wrap the second side of the dough. Pinch the edges as if giving the shape of a boat.

Transfer the boats to a baking sheet. Brush with egg or cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 gr
