Chocolate Truffle Cake

Ingredients

For the biscuit:
Egg 4 things
Flour 160 g
Sugar 160 g
Cocoa 25 g
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Water 80 ml
Baking powder 10 g
Salt pinch
For ganache cream:
Cream 33% 300 ml
Dark chocolate 250 g
For fondant:
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l
Milk 4 tbsp. l
Sugar 3 tbsp. l
Butter 50 g
Form 20-22 cm

Cooking method

While stirring, bring the cream to a boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Leave for 3-4 minutes. Then mix thoroughly. Put in the refrigerator for two hours.
