I got the recipe from Alena Mitrofanova. And I kept thinking: "Napoleon" is not him. "Log" - well it looks like. It doesn't matter what the name is, what matters is simple, fast, tasty. And even with prunes. And there is always dough in the freezer in reserve. Well, that's piled so to speak.
And the taste can be easily changed - another filling, a different cream and now the cake is not the same.
Well, let's get started!

Grind nuts and prunes in a blender.

Pour the mixture into a bowl. Add condensed milk and stir.

Roll out the layers of dough. Form sausages from the filling and place on one layer of dough with a step of 2 cm.

Cover with a second layer on top. Press the dough between the filling and around the edges with a cutting board.

Cut into tubes.

Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180 g for 10-15 minutes.

For the cream, beat the sour cream and condensed milk. You can add powdered sugar to taste.

Cover the form or just the dish with cling film. Lubricate the bottom with a little cream and lay a layer of cream tubes. And so with all the tubes and cream. Wrap the edges of the film and store in the cold. Decorate the finished cake.
