Girls, tell the person who chooses what containers do you have, aluminum, plastic, stainless steel? is there any point in chasing just a stainless steel?

I have a bowl in an aluminum Kenwood attachment. Probably, plastic is undesirable for reasons of strength. And I don't see much sense in stainless steel, because the mass in the bowl is spinning for only 20-30 minutes, aluminum will not do anything undesirable to it during this time, and the cost of the stainless steel will be wow.
Gypsy
for the price of stainless steel is not much more expensive .. 19-25 euros.
Gypsy
Does anyone have such? are you satisfied?

this one also interested in 2 in 1 ice cream yogurt maker
What is the best material for making ice cream?
can anyone already use it? how is she to you?

Girls, maybe someone has an instruction in Russian for this Ariet, otherwise I found it only in Czech, it is dreary to translate .. I wanted to read how to care for a plastic container for yogurt, how to sterilize it well, and generally read it fluently
Gypsy
In general, I translated Czech .. * Thoroughly clean .. Thoroughly clean .. * But how to clean it and what, can you boil a plastic cup or even scald it - silence
Dara
Well, why not scald it? Will not melt, I think

what if it bursts eh .. we could not make heat-resistant glass, but even with this plastic it is tempting that 2 in 1
Dara
Gypsy, on the site 🔗 there is an instruction in PDF in English

How great! And I also thought at first that it was mechanical! And if this is a mill, then what room for imagination appears in ice cream! Would buy this!
Gypsy
Anastasia, in Moscow she is .. it is sold under the name Severin, in China and America its name, and in different colors, the reviews on her are not strangely good \ she is crazy China \
instructions for her 🔗
What is the best material for making ice cream?

and I will look for that with yogurt .. in the sense of how to get it in Israel. We have very few simple inexpensive ice cream makers .. they sell a couple of pieces in total
Anastasia
Thank you, look and see! So what if China-China strife? And it looks at least in the photo very worthy!

I always thought that you can get EVERYTHING abroad, but I see that Israel has nothing to do with the all-having abroad! (no offense).
Didn't you try to ask friends who fly to America or else to bring a thread somewhere that you can't buy from yourself?
Dara
Gypsy, catch (English is the second there, it seems, comes after Italian):

I looked. There is such a Severin ice cream maker with a chopper on top in Moscow 🔗 ... And the price doesn't bite. Thoughtful .. .
Tanyusha
Anastasia has these ice cream makers here. When I bought a bread maker there a week ago, I drew attention to the ice cream maker and because of the handle on top, I thought that the mechanic called the store, they told me that they were electric and were available.

so we are not Europe, we are Asia .. and at the same time, America is also far from the Chinese, too, their shipping is several times more expensive than an ice cream maker, and electricity is not ours
Nobody is flying to Israel from Moscow in the near future, huh?
Gypsy
these two ice cream makers severin and ariet are not arranged like all ice cream makers, they have an engine below, under the can, and it turns \ as I understood \ not the mixer, but the can itself under the mixer. The people wrote in the reviews that it works quietly, at least this severin is very quiet.
Gypsy
the English instructions are the same .. wash thoroughly and you will have good yogurt .. and how to wash the secret is probably just with soap and hot water under the tap.
Girulka
Gypsy, why do you need an ice cream maker? I know you have such a quantity of ice cream that you can imagine and not imagine! We buy it because we have only the natural word in our ice cream and there is nothing more natural in it! Do you, too, have a lot of anything in it?

I think you can safely pour boiling water over - nothing will happen with this plastic!
Dara
I think you can wash it as written: warm water with detergent, and lastly pour boiling water over it - and it will be OK. I make glass jars in which I make yogurt in MV, just wash it later in PMM.
Shl. Now a banana ice cream with hazelnuts is spinning: a handful of chopped hazelnuts, 200 ml. cream, 2 eggs, 100 ml. yogurt, 3 tbsp. l. sugar powder and two bananas

Whipped cream "Prostokvashino" 33% with yogurt and bananas, eggs - not dividing into yolks and whites - separately with sugar powder, and then - all together. Nuts were poured over a tablespoon while stirring.
I didn't heat anything, I'm lazy. It's a shame, but it turned out - right! The only thing: whoever loves sweeter, pour in more sugar (I'm not very sweet tooth Merry)
On weekends, I made chocolate - there I melted chocolate in milk (in a micron).
Gypsy
ZHIRULKA, well, you give where in israel natural we buy American such
What is the best material for making ice cream?
but it’s how much money we need to print, we have the heat almost all year round .. so my opinion is an ice cream maker is an essential item like mazgan

whipped eggs?
Was the cream warming?
Thank you
Dara
Yes to health!
And here I’m looking: nobody made lemon? I have it next in line, but I haven't figured out how. Maybe make a syrup from juice and pieces of skin?
prascovia
Do you want sorbet or ice cream?
Dara
I just want ice cream ... Something like the Nestlé from my childhood ... White, with lemon flavor and lemon slices ... Well, let it be not entirely white ...I think just the syrup will give the desired effect? In general, the aunt is in thought. Banana only lasts for a couple of days
