Chia seed pudding

Ingredients

chia 30 g
plain yogurt 250 + 70 g.
banana 1 PC.
mix of berries 150 g
orange zest 1 tsp
honey 1 tbsp. l.
vanilla optional taste

Cooking method

Chia seed pudding
Pour chia seeds into a bowl.
Chia seed pudding
Pour in most of the yogurt and leave to swell for 1 hour.
Chia seed pudding
Put berries, banana, zest in a blender. Add vanilla and honey. Pour in the second part of the yogurt.

Purée.
Chia seed pudding
Mix with swollen seeds.
Chia seed pudding
Pour into glasses. Refrigerate for an hour. When serving, garnish with berries, zest, mint.
