Ingredients

Dough
butter soft 100 g
wheat flour, premium 340 BC
egg C1 1 PC.
yolk 1 PC.
honey 80 g
powdered sugar 80 g
warm milk 1 tbsp. l.
ammonium 1/2 tsp
salt 1/3 tsp
ginger 1 tsp
cinnamon 1/2 tsp
allspice ground pepper 1/2 tsp
Glaze
egg 1 PC.
salt chips.

Dissolve ammonium in lukewarm milk.

Knead the dough from all the products at room temperature and ammonium. The dough is soft. Put the dough in a bag or cover. Leave on for 20 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a layer 5 millimeters thick. Cut out the cookies. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Shake the egg very well with salt. Grease the cookies. Leave for 5-10 minutes to dry the yolk. Lubricate again and draw a drawing with a fork.
Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

The use of ammonium is typical for Polish cuisine, and the presence of one tablespoon of milk in the recipe also speaks of this. I didn't bake these cookies on soda.
