Ingredients

Food for a 3 liter saucepan
Turkey or chicken 400 g
Zucchini 300 g
Carrot 300 g
Potatoes 600 g
Celery 2 stems
Onion 1 PC
Semolina 4 tbsp. l
Salt, pepper, spices taste

Cooking method

Cut the meat into pieces and fry in a pan with onions. Set aside.

Chop the potatoes at random and put them in a saucepan, where the meat is roasted. Pour water and put on fire. When it boils, turn down the heat. Cook until the potatoes are almost ready.

Peel the zucchini, carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Grate celery too.

As the potatoes are almost ready, add salt, pepper, season the soup and add the grated vegetables. Stir and cook for no more than 4-5 minutes. Pour semolina two minutes before the end of cooking and mix gently. Let the soup brew for 10-15 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
