Pea soup

80 g dry peas grind 40 sec / sq. 10, put out
100 g carrots in pieces
100 g onion pieces
Put onions and carrots in a bowl, chop 5 sec / sq. 5
150 g smoked meats
30 g vegetable oil
Cut the smoked meats into cubes, add to the bowl, pour in the oil and cook for 7 min / 100 * C / reverse / sk. one
200 g boiling water Add boiling water with peas to the bowl and stir so that there are no lumps 10 sec / reverse / sk. 4
200 g diced potatoes
to taste salt, pepper
800 g boiling water
Add potatoes, salt, pepper to the bowl, pour in the whale and cook for 10-15 min / 100 * C / reverse / sk. one
Pour the soup into the tureen.
Add herbs and garlic to the plates.

The soup turned out to be delicious. The soup comes out thick, if you like thinner, you need to take less peas and potatoes. You won't be able to pour more water, because 2 liters of soup comes out of the specified quantity of products (i.e. maximum for a bowl).

I took semi-smoked country sausage 150 g as smoked meats. It was a bit too much, it smells strongly and clogs the taste of the rest. It seems to me that you can put very little smoked meats.

(+) cooks quickly, no need to soak the peas or cook the soup until the peas are tender.
