Milanese rice (yellow)
Serving for 6 people
500g rice * arborio * (round)
80g butter
Floor onion
1100gr of water
1 cube of dry vegetable broth (ideally according to Bimby's recipe, but I did it with regular Knor too)
1 bag of saffron
40 gr Parmesan cheese (can be replaced with any hard cheese)
Preparation
Put the onion and half of the butter in the bowl: 3 minutes at 100 * speed 4. install "butterfly"
And put rice -1 min per 100 * speed 1. Pour in 1 liter of water and a cube of broth cook for 14 minutes at 100 *
2 minutes before cooking, the remaining water and saffron
At the end of the program, pour the rice into the tureen and season with cheese and butter
Risotto con i funghi (mushroom risotto)
For 6 persons
500g arborio rice
30g dry mushrooms
40 g olive oil
40g butter
100g white wine
Half onion
