Mustard "Yablochnaya" from the recipe book of TM "Homemade preparations"

Transfer to a glass jar and place in a warm place (for example, near a battery) for 12 hours to ripen. Next, the mustard should be stored in the refrigerator.

According to this scheme, you can cook mustard with plums, pears, apricots. You can add chopped nuts, sesame seeds.

For me, it turned out so very vigorous. I like it softer. Next time I'll add more sugar and less powder.
