Quick baguette
recipe from a book
270 g of lukewarm water
40 g fresh yeast
or 1 sachet (11 g) dry yeast
pinch of sugar
500 gr flour
1-1.5 tsp salt
25 grams of vegetable oil


Mix all ingredients in a bowl 2 min / spikelet.
Form 2-3 baguettes from the dough and place on a baking sheet.
Cut diagonally with a sharp knife and leave in a warm place for ~ 15 minutes, moisten with water before baking.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 200 * C.

Either my oven is out of order, or something is wrong in the recipe.
In general, the baguettes in the photo are so light, but my bottom is even burnt. And some kind of wood. Now I covered it with a package so that they would "move away." It tastes like some tasteless, I'll try it again when it's completely cool, but definitely nothing to do with the taste of a real baguette.

Bribed in the recipe that you could bake bread fast... I did not believe in quick bread, and, apparently, not in vain.
