For various reasons, she has to reduce the daily calorie intake.
But I really want ice cream in the heat. Therefore, I am doing this option for myself.

In Teskomovskaya silicone mold for small cakes, I freeze ready-made drinking yoghurt with additives of at least 4% fat.
And I beat frozen berries at high speed, more often it's strawberries + frozen yogurt + one banana.
It turns out not very high-calorie ice cream, quite elastic in consistency.
I do not add sugar, because yogurt already contains it. Starch too, because I do not tolerate mixtures with sugar and starch.
This ice cream melts quickly, you need to eat it right away. Therefore, I keep such yoghurt blanks in the freezer at home.
Homemade yogurt is also fine. You can add stevia if you want, I am not adding.
