Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar taste
Ginger grated option

Grated very hard cheese (Parmesan) 1/3 Art.

Wash the shoulder part of the chicken wing, dry it and mix with salt, lemon juice or natural vinegar, chili pepper (optional). Leave to marinate at room temperature for at least half an hour. Or put it in the refrigerator overnight in a sealed container. After the refrigerator, the marinated pieces should be heated to room temperature so that they are grilled evenly during cooking, and so that the breading does not burn before the wings are ready inside.

We strive to reduce the fat content of food, therefore cooking in Air Fryers or using Air Crisp modes helps to significantly reduce the calorie content of the finished dish.
In order for the crust to be fried and not very hard, I added cheese to the breading (after all, the cheese releases its fat when baked) and used kefir instead of water and milk for puffiness. We really liked the result, so I hasten to share it with you.

I always shoved pieces into these flakes, in the end there was almost nothing left on the product.
