Ingredients

For the test:
Flour 500g + -
Warm kefir 300 g
Egg 1 PC.
Melted butter. 50 g
Sugar 80 g
Salt 10 g
Dry yeast 6 g
For filling:
Any thick jam / jam as required
Boiled condensed milk, mixed with nuts as required
For lubrication butter
Powdered sugar for serving

Cooking method

Brought delicious, soft stuffed bagels.
For the test:
I kneaded in Khpechka, "Dough" mode 2h20min.
Put yeast in a bucket, sift flour on top, add kefir mixed with butter, egg, sugar and salt.

Bagels on kefir

I put only 5 g of butter, replaced the rest with applesauce, 50g of sugar, a little less flour, 460 grams, probably, the rest was used for sprinkling. The filling is pear jelly, a lot has flowed out ... Yield: 264 kcal / 100g.
