Dumplings with mushrooms on quail eggs

Ingredients

Dough:
Flour 225 g
Quail egg 2 pcs.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Water 100 ml
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Minced meat:
Potatoes 450 g
Champignons, oyster mushrooms 100 g
Salt pepper taste
Onion 1 PC.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

Peel the potatoes, boil, drain, dry
Finely chop the onion in vegetable oil, add the chopped mushrooms.
Knead the dough, cover with a cup and rest while the filling is cooling.
Blind dumplings, boil in boiling salted water.
