A few days ago, starting to cook on her Comfort pressure cooker, she again gave me error E. Yes, and sometimes there were problems with blocking. And then my husband said yesterday that he would go to our wholesale warehouse to buy a package of hake, and we need to make canned food. I told him that I would not do canned food, there was a problem with the pressure cooker. At night I went shopping to see what our manufacturers are offering now. And I got on this model. New model made for our market. The menu is in Ukrainian, instructions and a colorful cookbook are also in Ukrainian. I looked at it, admired it and left the site. And this morning I tell my husband for her. And he told me - well let's go, let's see!
Of course, there was no need to persuade me for a long time, after half an hour we already went to the minibuses to the nearest Komfi, there this pressure cooker was on the action. On the way, from the phone, I looked at the availability in this particular store, it was written 2 pieces. We arrived at the store, not in the window. There are just Philips multicooker, one expensive sensor SV-MV, and this particular model is not. The consultant says there are no such, and she started talking to me on SV Mulinex. But I do not like Moulinex, and I wanted exactly a multicooker-pressure cooker. I tell them - you have it, look! I opened their site and show the availability. The consultant says well, if by internet order, then maybe there is. I say - no problem, I will order now! For a long time he rummaged in the warehouse, and brought me a box.
She took, as they say, at a guess. I did not find any reviews either on our Mcooker or on the Internet. But I decided to take a chance. Later, at home, I found a couple of fresh reviews.

With great joy at home I discovered that my two bowls, one from Comfort with a rim for a steamer, and a spare from the old Dex40 pressure cooker, are exactly the same size. And since I bought a bowl from Dex40 for my Saturn pressure cooker, and this bowl is perfect for 5L Shtebu, it is quite possible that a spare bowl can be found among 5L Redmons or Polaris. I would not give up stainless steel.
Already stewed meat in gravy, pork, set the time for 20 minutes, it turned out at least eat with your lips.
And on Bake mode baked Apple Pie from the attached recipe book.
Here's a pie. I baked it in an old bowl, as the new casserole was stewing meat, and I had no time to wait, hurrying to work. So I decided to check for compatibility. But Baking is not an indicator, this program is not blocked.

There is practically no information on the Internet yet, only a store description. And I myself have not figured out everything well with her, I only cooked soup, pilaf, potatoes, stewed meat, wheat porridge with sausage in the pressure cooker mode. It seems that's all, the days were stressful, especially not before cooking. I liked what I cooked very much.
Soup on a piece of frozen chicken fillet and a briquette of frozen broth in 0.5 l I threw along with chopped potatoes, added warm water, set for 10 minutes, opened - the fillet is soft, it already melts. I poured frozen vegetables, I have a soup set + zucchini + sl. pepper, a spider web with durum flour, herbs and set it for another 2 minutes. The soup is wonderful!
Pilaf is also crumbly and tasty.
Pressure gains and drops did not measure exactly how much, and it depends on the amount of food in the bowl, on the temperature of food and water. But in my opinion, my Comfort is quite slow in this regard, against the new Filipka!
About the step on the "Own right" program - the time is set from 2 minutes to 59 minutes, 1 minute each. I didn't figure out the temperature, I kind of saw in the video that the temperature is also changed in steps of 5 minutes. But neither in the description, nor in Comfi, and I myself did not find this function. And I can't find the video.
In one of the descriptions I met such a function that
the user can save the recipe of his favorite dish in the device memory and cook it in the future in automatic mode. But how to write it down in memory is not written anywhere, and I also cannot understand.
I haven’t seen the Slow Cook program "Svoya Right" yet. There are 2 different temperatures. The high temperature, as I understand it, for meat, the cooking time is adjustable from 2 hours to 12 hours and per minute. And the Low temperature is probably for vegetables, also time from 2 - 12 hours. minute by minute.
And I don't quite understand the program Meat Biscuits and Vegetables Biscuits. Or I can’t translate correctly, or I don’t understand what it is - baking or frying? In time, it is set up every minute until 2:00.
What's not to like? I can't even say that, well, except that I still hoped for temperature control, it seems to have broken off. I hoped to make meat sous-vid. But I think you can pick up a program, you need to check this program. It's on the right, for Vegetables it can fit.
But what I like is everything! I love the removable and completely collapsible cover that can be washed. I like the saucepans themselves, and I am very pleased that my 2 old saucepans are compatible with the new one.
I am delighted with the silicone potholders, they are very convenient, deep and it is very convenient to take out the saucepan from the case!

A long time ago, as soon as I bought the Saturn pressure cooker, I bought an additional bowl for him from the Dex40 pressure cooker and this bowl came up to Comfort. I used these cups, and now they came to the new Phillips. But the pressure cookers I have listed are no longer available. Since I got spare bowls, I just wasn't interested in the availability on the market at the moment. But it seems you can pick up identical ones from the Polaris lineup.
With a steam basket - the set includes a steam plastic stand with legs, but it is without sides and is placed on the bottom. It is convenient for cooking vegetables for salads, but steamed cutlets or whatever is not very convenient to cook, because there are no sides and it stands low from the water.A basket with sides, steamers from other brands of multicooker, I still have 2 pieces. One from the MV Dex60, it falls a little, it just has narrow sides. And the second steamer seems to have remained from Saturn, so it sits well in the Philips bowl, But you can cook in it only in the multicooker mode. In pressure cooker mode, the lid is not blocked due to the fact that this basket interferes, rises a couple of mm above the bowl and the lid does not fit snugly. But I also have a bowl from Comfort, and an iron steamer came with it. There you get an extruded rim right in the middle of the bowl, and this iron insert of a double boiler falls on this rim. So it's not easier in this regard, I have a choice. What can I advise you, I don’t know, you have to dig on the Internet and see what is offered there.
