Sulu-khingal

Ingredients

Khingal
water 100 ml.
egg 1 PC.
salt chips.
premium wheat flour 300-320 gr.

mutton 500 gr.
boiled chickpeas 250 gr.
onion 3 pcs.
khingal 200 gr.
mint taste
pepper taste
vegetable oil or ghee 3-4 tbsp. l.
bouillon 1.8-2 l.
Bay leaf 1-2 pcs.
salt taste

Cooking method

Sulu-khingal
Knead a hard dough from flour, water, eggs and salt. You don't need to knead. Place the dough in a bag and leave for 30-40 minutes.

Get the dough, knead. The dough is pliable and smooth.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer. And cut into small diamonds (squares), as for dushbars ... Let dry for two to three hours.

Boil the meat with one onion and bay leaf until tender. Cut.
