Ingredients

Cooking method

Mine, wet in a bag. I don't even tie it, I just twist it.
In a micron for 7-10 minutes, let it cool for 10 minutes.
Then we eat who is used to something - we just rub it with salt.


Macha

I make it even easier. I take 4 ears, DO NOT peel them from the integumentary leaves. Unless - dirty and completely rude to clean up. I wrap each one as if I were swaddling in a piece of paper kitchen towel and wet them under running water. Gently squeeze and place directly on the glass turntable.
At max. microwave power (I have it 900 W) 10-11 minutes.
Cool slightly - take it out of the oven and then clean it.
They taste different from traditional boiled corn - they get sweetish, juicy grains. And so fast! No pot washing, no complicated body movements.
