Therefore, sometimes I replace white cabbage with Peking cabbage.
And although the preparation may seem long, in fact, if you do everything in parallel, it does not take long at all.
So first, let's cook wheat grits, put the kettle on to boil, measure and rinse the grits, put them in a multicooker, add salt, a little butter for taste, fill with boiling water and turn on the multicooker. I have a little Panasonic, the program is porridge. But I did not wait for its end, turned it off after 15-20 minutes.

Now let's get to the cabbage. We cut off the leaves from the base, this is quite easy to do, they move away by themselves.
We put in a dose and put 900 power in the microwave for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, the soft cabbage is ready, it is not wet, does not crumble, but folds well.
We carefully cut off the thick parts.

Now it's time for minced meat. I have a pack of 500g. I cook the onion and break it in a chopper, add it to the minced meat.
Here my cereal is prepared, I put it hot in the minced meat and knead it with a spoon, with my hands hot. I do not spread all the cereals, but everyone will do it to taste, someone will like it more, someone less. I have about three tablespoons with a slide, with a good slide.
