Pineapple fresh juice 150 ml
Tomato puree (I have diluted tomato paste) 150 ml

Soy sauce 125 g

All recipes have something in common - the glaze or sauce is made with pineapple juice, ketchup or tomato sauce, with the addition of soy sauce, honey or brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger and garlic.
Some meat is pre-soaked in solinade, others are marinated directly in the sauce itself. Lemon juice or natural white vinegar are added to add a harmonious taste. And, of course, where without hot chili or cayenne pepper in such a hot, full of stormy temperament, place!
