Ingredients

Bean decoction (any) approx 1 l
Whole grain flour 2-3 st
Mineral water
Sugar taste
Baking powder
Vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp
Vanillin
Egg or starch (a couple of tablespoons)

On the Bread Maker, they don't make beans only from decoction. And biscuits and mayonnaise. I am silent about the soup, since the broth itself is an excellent basis for soup, especially lean one.
And now I'm baking pancakes in bean broth. Thin, crispy, slightly chocolate-like.
My grandmother taught me how to bake pancakes and make dough (this is the stage that many are afraid of). The meaning of her words was as follows: beat the eggs with sugar and salt, add a little milk, you get the base. Pour in flour and knead a rather thick dough, like sour cream. And then dilute the dough with milk until it is liquid like cream.

Let's get started! Pour about 600 g of broth into a saucepan, add 1 egg or a couple of tablespoons of starch (if lean pancakes are needed). You can certainly have more eggs, it will be tastier. Then add sugar (4-5 tablespoons) or whatever you like. I do not recommend salt if your broth is already salty. Do not forget vanillin.
Whipped up. Poured flour 2 cups. The broth I had was dark brown. Therefore, I calmly added whole grain flour, it is gray itself, it does not give a very beautiful color. And in our version it will not be worse.
Beat up the dough. If it's thick, it's time to breed. If not too much, add another glass of flour.
I add baking powder so the pancakes are not rubbery in the morning.
Then add the remaining broth (I have about 400 g left). Even after diluting the dough with it, it should still turn out thick. We use any mineral water, any! We dilute to the state of cream, only not quite thin 10%, and such - 30%)))
Pour in vegetable oil. Here again there are 2 options: either oil in the dough or for greasing the pans. Who likes what. If for grease it will take less, there will be less calories.
Frying pans on the stove, medium heat, heated up - greased. As the light smoke went, the hand is hot over the frying pan - in battle!
Pour half a ladle, maybe even less. Thin, thin. We turn down the fire.
The pancakes are crispy as waffles. I turned them over with a spatula.

Immediately my family ate pancakes with sour cream and condensed milk. You know, you fold a pancake in half and it almost breaks.
And the edges are so dry and fried.
And in the morning I filled it with cottage cheese. Itself, of course, just warmed up in the microwave. And fried at home in a skillet with butter. Eh, they became so tasty that I could not resist.
As a result, I ate myself 2 from the pan, 3 from the microwave. How many miles will I have to walk today with so many goodies?

Bake with pleasure! It seems to me that all children, both toddlers and adults, most of all love when their mothers bake pancakes. Is there anything more delicious than having a line next to Mom and holding out empty plates. And they argue who is the next pancake, or is it considered who ate how much?
