Honey cake with halva

Ingredients

Sugar 80 g
Yolks 3 pcs.
Honey 50 g
Butter 70 g
Soda 1 tsp
Flour 240 g
Cream:
Sour cream 25% 225 g
Cream 250 g
Powdered sugar 100 g
Sunflower halva 150 g

Cooking method

Melt sugar, honey, butter in a water bath.
Add yolks, mix well until smooth.
Remove from heat, add sifted flour and baking soda.
Knead the dough. Divide into 6 parts. Roll each one. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown (3-4 minutes).
Cut off the excess with the form, chop the cuttings.
For the cream, beat the cream with icing sugar until peaks, add sour cream, mix gently.
Grind halva with a blender.
Coat the cakes with cream, sprinkling with halva.
Sprinkle the edges of the cake with crushed crumbs.
