Ingredients

Opara
pressed yeast 20 g
milk 200 ml
flour 1 tbsp. l.
sugar 10 g
Dough
premium wheat flour 500 g
cocoa powder 50 g
egg C1 2 pcs.
sugar 200 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
candied fruits + dried cherries 150 g
vegetable oil b / s 120 ml
cream 33% (I have 10%) 100 ml
salt 1/2 tsp
rum 50 ml
Chocolate glaze
dark chocolate (any) 150 g
milk 50 ml

form 1.2 liters 3 pcs.

Pour rum over cherries and candied fruits. Tighten with plastic wrap and leave for a couple of hours. It is possible for the night.

Heat the milk until lukewarm. Dissolve yeast. Add sugar and flour. Stir. Put in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. The dough should bubble well.

A recipe from Daria Bliznyuk's book "Bright Day" with my slight changes.
The cake is very chocolatey, sweet, finely porous. Not wet. Perhaps if you add heavy cream, the cake will be wetter. Recommend!
