Ingredients

Starch 1 st. l.
Rust oil for deep fat
Salt, spices taste

Cooking method

Heat the vegetable oil and deep-fry the prepared pasta until dark golden brown. It is important to catch the required degree of browning, because if you underexpose, the chips will not crunch, but overcooking is also very undesirable.

It remains to add the desired spices to the chips (I add smoked paprika, ground chili, a little ground garlic, onions, chaman and dried herbs), mix well and you can comfortably start watching the next series.

Note

While frying the chips, the idea came to my mind to cook "lazy brushwood" in a similar way. I prepared it, it turned out very well. Now I am thinking whether it is worth setting it up as a separate recipe, or everything is obvious anyway.
