Second grade flour 280 g
First grade flour 280 g
Rye malt, brown, dry 1 tbsp. l.
Bran 25 g
Flakes "5 cereals" or "Hercules" 25 g
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 2.5 tbsp. l.
Unrefined vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Water 370 ml

Cooking method

Place the ingredients in the order indicated in the manual for your bread maker. Flour of both varieties can be mixed with bran and flakes before laying - you get a more uniform crumb color. But you don't have to interfere, it turns out that way. The crust turns out to be tanned and on medium mode due to the slightly increased amount of sugar.

Bran - a mixture of bran (wheat, rye, oat)

I just needed a recipe for bread from 2 grade flour.

I wanted to somehow buy such flour, they did not sell less than 25 kg on the market. I decided to buy, it was not expensive, I don't remember how much. I started a dough for pancakes on whey, the dough turned out with bitterness. I decided it was from flour. So the flour on my balcony cooled down for almost six months. I did not bake anything from it, but it was a pity to throw it away.
I decided to find bread recipes, but everyone came across on the dough, put it off until free time.
And then I saw your recipe yesterday and immediately put bread in the night.


The flakes were "Tsar" 7 cereals, wheat bran, dark dry rye malt.
Here's what happened. I am happy with the result. I didn't expect that flour of grades 1 and 2 would turn out such a tall and airy bread.
Now flour will come in handy.
Today I saw the author's additions and the recipe turned out to be right for all my products)
