Ingredients

Egg (I have c1) 3 pcs
Ryazhenka 250 ml
Butter 100 g
Granulated sugar 180 g
Vanilla sugar 1.5 tsp
Baking powder 3 tsp
Flour 280 g
Salt 0.5 tsp
Raisins (optional) 50 g

Cooking method

Recipe from the cuckoo's book
Beat eggs, granulated sugar and salt with a mixer, pour in fermented baked milk (I had room temperature), melted butter, mix. Sift flour, baking powder there, add all this to liquid products, plus do not forget the vanilla sugar, mix again, add raisins, maybe nuts, grease the bowl with butter, pour out our mixture.

Note

It turned out to be about 5 cm high, soft while hot. Then it became denser, the crumb is no longer so loose.
