Potatoes stuffed with cheese (+ video)

Ingredients

Potatoes 5 pieces
Soft cheese 50g
Hard cheese 50g
Sour cream 2st. l.
Butter 50g
Egg 1 PC
Salt, pepper, nutmeg taste

Cooking method

Rinse the potatoes well. Boil it in uniforms or bake it in the oven.
Cut each potato in half, take out the middle with a spoon, leaving a "shell" around the edges, put it in a mold.
Add grated Adyghe or any other soft cheese, sour cream, egg, salt and spices to the potato crumb. Stir and stuff the potato halves with this minced meat.
Sprinkle them on top with grated hard cheese and bake in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes, until golden brown.



Note

Very tasty and satisfying. If boiled potatoes are left over from another dish, this is a great way to dispose of them. It can be served hot or cold.
