Ingredients

Pork heart 2 pcs
Garlic 3 cloves
Salt, seasonings taste
For batter:
Eggs 2 pcs
Flour and bread crumbs
Salt. Pepper

Cooking method

Peel the heart and soak in water for 1-1.5 hours.

Chop the garlic. Combine your favorite seasonings - I have: dry adjika, lemon pepper, paprika and dried pomegranate. Cut the heart into chops, season with salt and beat off.

Grate the chops with seasoning. Place in a plate, sprinkle with grated garlic. Cover with cling film and put in the cold for 2-3 hours, and preferably 6-8 hours.
