Incredibly delicious cupcakes. Fragrant, spicy. Very tasty. The dough is tender, chocolate. The chocolate does not melt to the end and when it cools, it falls into pieces. Recommend!

Angela, thank you very much for such a delicious and beautiful cake
As always, I have questions

1. I would like to bake the base cookies myself.
Please recommend a recipe.

2. I'm afraid of raw proteins, but I really want such beautiful hats!
Can cupcakes with caps be put in the oven for a while? Or will the dough part deteriorate (burn / dry out)?

Thanks again!

Any shortbread cookie. Then put less oil in the crumb.

Wash eggs well. Pre-soak in a soda solution. Store eggs are checked for salmanella, eggs are taken with whole shells. Salmonella is mainly found in the yolk. This is true, by the way. Plus the proteins are warmed up. You can put in the oven under the grill. Minutes for 5. Yes, you can still use albumin. It's generally safe)
