Yes, very tasty! I confirm. I have had elk meat in the freezer since winter (my sister has a son-in-law - a hunter). Very dry meat with a specific smell. Angela, made your recipe for meatballs. I soaked crackers in fatty cream, grated nutmeg, added dried parsley. The gravy was made with chicken broth. Delicious food vouched! Husband loves gravy! Yes with mashed potatoes! But I didn't cook cranberry sauce. Thank you!!!

Your sauce is thicker. I added 2 tablespoons of flour, but I poured the broth by eye, maybe more than it was necessary.

The dish is definitely preparing faster than Angela made out the recipe. Even if you make both sauces.
The meatballs are soft, fragrant. White sauce is an updated classic, very interesting. Red sauce, for all its simplicity, has been canceled. Korichka plays well in it. In general, it is tasty, satisfying, not beaten and very home-like.
Thank you very much! I take away for good

Angela, unlike many, I am not a fan of ikeevskiz meatballs. Well, they are not so good to me (but these ones came straight in. Thanks again!

Natalia, I agree with you that homemade ones are tastier anyway.

We liked these meatballs! Soft and juicy! Only cranberries with lingonberries in our steppes are exotic, so we did without berry.
