Peking cabbage pie (+ video)

Ingredients

Puff pastry 1 PC
Chinese cabbage 1 kg
Olives 1 ban.
Walnuts 100g
Dill 1 bundle
Oat flakes 3st. l.
Salt, spices taste
Egg 2 pcs
Milk 200ml
Adyghe cheese 100g

Cooking method

Defrost ready-made puff pastry (any).
For the filling: finely chop the cabbage and dill, chop the olives into rings, chop the nuts. Mix all prepared ingredients. Add oatmeal, spices and salt to taste.
Roll out the dough according to the size of the shape, taking into account the sides. Put it in the mold. Fill with filling. Fill the top with fill.
For pouring: mix eggs and milk, add grated Adyghe cheese, salt to taste.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown.
