Coconut broth
coriander seeds 2 tsp
cardamom 4 cor
turmeric 1 tsp

chili flakes 1 tsp
ginger 5 cm.
coconut milk 400 ml
meat broth 400 ml
zest of one lime all
juice of one lime whole
salt taste
