Ingredients

dry white wine 70 g
mustard (in my beans) 1 tsp
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
turnip onion 2 pcs.
butter + vegetable oil for frying

Honestly, I didn’t pickle it in wine, well, I don’t like the taste of wine in meat, I added salt, pepper, added sage, it suits my turkey very well, I waited 30 minutes, and then everything is according to the recipe. It seems such a simple dish, well, I didn't think of how to cook it like that. The meat is the most tender.
