For mousse:
Cream 300 g
Condensed milk 150 g
Cottage cheese 250 g
Blueberry puree 320 g
Sugar 80-90 gr
Mango puree 120 g
Gelatin 30 g
Shapes 22 cm and 20 cm

Cooking method

I got the idea of ​​the cake from Andy Chef. As soon as I saw the cut of the cake, I immediately decided - for my daughter's birthday. The cake was baked according to the recipe of her favorite chocolate cake, reducing the amount of ingredients. I came up with a mousse. And when the blueberry layer was already frozen in the refrigerator, I decided that I would make another layer of ganache, but this layer is not necessary.

Heat the oven to 180 gr. Cover the 22 cm form with parchment, grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour.

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a bowl.

Pour sugar and coffee into the mixer bowl. Pour in oil, water, vinegar. Beat until sugar is completely dissolved.
