Ninja grilled chicken kebab (oven or brazier)

Ingredients

chicken thigh fillet 1 kg
bulb onions 50 g
Bulgarian pepper 50 g
mozzarella cheese 50 g
smoked bacon 50 g
salt (I have Svan) 0.5 tbsp. l.
ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
dry garlic 0.5 tsp
parsley, cilantro, basil taste

Cooking method

Finely chop the onion and pepper or grind in a blender. I got this job done by a Ninja blender

Chicken thighs and bacon are also ground in a blender. Added herbs, salt, pepper, garlic and grated cheese. Knead the forsh well and put it in the refrigerator for several hours. The longer the minced meat ripens, the better. I stood in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.

Turned on the grill for heating, T-265 degrees. shaped oblong cutlets, pierced with a skewer, squeezed the minced meat well around the skewer.
I put the kebab on a well-heated grill plate. I cooked for 10 minutes.

I put a little more peppers and onions, a turkey thigh and fresh bacon about 8: 1. I grind Ninja in a Blender, first onions with peppers, then I took them out and made the minced meat separately.I didn't make it to the cutlet structure, just chopped a little and then mixed in onions and peppers.
Kneaded well, repulsed. The minced meat stood for a day in the refrigerator.
I cooked Ninja in the grill according to your algorithm, but two minutes less, otherwise the bottom would be hot. My grill is very powerful.
The husband said that real kebabs turned out both in structure and in taste, they even smell like a fire.
