Ingredients

For the test
kefir 250 ml
odorless vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
wheat flour, premium or 1 grade 350 grams
salt 1 teaspoon
sugar 1 teaspoon
soda 0.5 teaspoon
For filling
cottage cheese in packs (briquettes, washers) 150 grams
any cheese (I have the remains of hard and one processed Druzhba) 150 grams

Cooking method

Pour oil into warm kefir.
Put salt, sugar, soda in flour. Mix. Pour into kefir.
Knead the dough with your hand. If it sticks to your hands, add a little flour. But don't score. The dough should be firm but soft.
Collect the dough into a bun. Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
For the filling, knead the curd with a fork, add coarsely grated cheese.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
Roll each into a circle with a diameter of 22-24 cm.
Lay out some of the filling, trying to distribute it closer to the edges.
