Galina, luxurious pastries in the original format!
BRAVO!!!
I've never seen anything like it!
Tell me, is there a tomato flavor?
And what is meant by "tomato puree": a tomato on a blender?
Gala
Tatyana, Thank you so much
Tomato puree is a thick, homogeneous puree. I took chopped tomatoes in a pack. If there are good tomatoes you can make them. The tomato flavor is not particularly noticeable. Immediately after baking, the hot bread seemed a little moist to me, but this does not spoil it. But it's better when it cools down completely. Very light, delicate, downy and fibrous crumb. It is better to take good quality mozzarella. You can put some good cheese.

Admire, and then eat, it will be tastier

Galina, very appetizing! Is the yeast in the recipe dry or pressed?
Gala
Svetlana, dry yeast.

Looks just AH!
I have never met a pool apartment in this form.
Gala
Olya, Thank you!
What tricky words you rush The meaning I caught.
I also came across such an idea for the first time, so I used it, I also really liked the structure of the crumb, I wanted to reproduce it.

Well, this is what the Americans call it .. I like it - short and intelligible. If in Russian, I don't even know how to formulate it .. at least 3 sentences will turn out
and the buns are good on all sides - the color, the layering, and the taste, I think .. with sourness, right?

.. with sourness, right?
maybe with a subtle, almost not felt

I'm sorry, I didn't answer right away, I was out of touch

Gala, Galina, thanks a lot for the recipe! It turned out very cute and funny. I baked bread with tomatoes and oregano before, so I know the taste, but the mozzarella gave originality and juiciness, and I really liked the molding. I just took it out of the oven:

The cheese escaped from one "bagel", but when it cooled down it disappeared somewhere, it seems, it hid back
There is no cut, sweep everything instantly, but it looked about the same as in your photo - a lush and fibrous crumb. A very good recipe, I will repeat it!
Gala
Svetlana, thank you for the photo! I'm glad the recipe met expectations. I was also pleased with it.
