Mini pizza calzone

Ingredients

wheat flour, premium or 1 grade 700 gram
warm milk 400 ml
odorless vegetable oil 60 ml
egg c-0 1 piece
sugar 1 tablespoon
salt 1 teaspoon
dry fast-acting yeast 1 sachet (10-11 grams)
For filling
ham, sausage, tomatoes, olives, cheese ... optional

Cooking method

Pour butter into milk, beat in an egg, stir.
Pour in flour with salt, sugar and yeast.
Knead a not very tight dough.
Move to a warm place for an approach for 2 hours. After 1 hour, sediment.
Divide the finished dough into 12 equal parts.
Roll each into a bun.
For pizza, stretch the bun with your hands into a thick cake with a diameter of 10-12 cm.
Brush with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise. Spread out the filling, sprinkle with cheese.
For a calzone - roll the bun with a rolling pin into a thin oval cake.
Make through cuts on one side.
Also grease half of the workpiece with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise, a little short of the edge.
Spread out the filling, cheese. Cover with the other half, pinch the edge. Top with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise.
Spread the blanks on a baking sheet and put in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving.
