Ingredients

eggplant 4 things.
sweet bell pepper 5 pieces.
onion 4 things.
tomato 5 pieces.
garlic 1 head
soy sauce 4-5 table. l.
freshly ground black pepper taste
ground coriander 1-2h l.
hot red pepper taste
juice of half a lemon 1/2 lemon
sweet paprika taste
cilantro parsley dill to taste and optional !!! 70gr.

We wash the tomatoes, bell peppers, eggplants, wipe them, cut the eggplants into slices, but not completely 1 cm thick.

Insert small pieces of eggplant between the circles, cover the baking sheet with baking paper and put all the vegetables.
Do not peel the onion, bake it in the oven on the grill program with convection at a temperature of 180-200 gr. and make sure that the vegetables do not burn.
I turned the pepper in the process, if necessary, lower the temperature, the oven's operating time is 40 minutes, then turn off the heat and leave the vegetables to cool, the onions should be baked inside.
Cut the cooled vegetables coarsely, peel and coarsely chop the onion, put it in a saucepan and add all the above ingredients - soy sauce, lemon, squeeze the head of garlic, coriander, paprika, black and red hot peppers.
We mix everything and send it to the refrigerator, it's very tasty and healthy! Bon Appetit!
