I have long wanted to try to make salt with herbs green. I spied the recipe for a long time in the * kitchen inside out *
Just then I bought dill for freezing, the tops went into the freezer, but the roots, that is, the stems, I decided to dry, and at the same time make salt.
So, we cut and dry all the herbs we need.
You can do it with any green herbs, who likes what.
I have dill, basil, leftover parsley and a sprig of celery.

Decide in time for yourself, I removed the dill and parsley earlier, dried for about 2 hours for 60 *.
I left the basil for another couple of hours.
I put everything in a glass from a blender, smashed finely dry herbs. Then I added salt and quickly mixed again in a blender.

That's all, we put it in doses and try it.
I sprinkled fresh tomato, very tasty, herbs are felt.
The author of the recipe says that you can use it with any dish where your herbs go.

And take a square dryer with a door, not a round one, it is more convenient to store, and you can put at least one pallet inside. And at least burst into a round one, but put everything, I don't like it.
