Cooking method

Butter bread on yoghurt with almond layer
To knead the dough, load all ingredients (except butter) into the bread maker according to the instructions. When the dough is lumpy, knead until smooth for about 10 minutes, adding butter in small portions. Roll the dough into a ball, place in a bowl, cover with foil and leave for 60 minutes until it doubles in volume.

Take the first piece and roll it into a rectangle about 0.5 cm thick. Spread it evenly with 1/3 of the almond cream, slightly stepping back from the edges, and then roll tightly into a roll, pinch the edges.

We get a rectangular cylinder, which needs to be cut with a sharp knife without cutting through to the end.

Galina, thank you very much for this recipe! I baked it, could not resist, despite the absence of half of the ingredients. I didn't have yogurt, replaced with sour cream with cream, replaced almond flour with ground peanuts. In general, as in the famous joke about the avocado salad. But it turned out soooo delicious! And with almonds in general, probably all by itself gobble up eat.
Podmosvichka
I will definitely do too
I will only buy yogurt as I get to the city
Thank you
Gala
Tanya, thanks for the photo report!

Podmosvichka, Lena, yogurt can be any fatty, not necessarily Greek.
The girls kept the loaf for a week for sure without sacrificing taste.

Fatty? and today I was looking for Greek with a specialist, found it, but it is 2% of the total ... but Greek, yes ...
Gala
Tan, and I buy Greek 6% fat
Take any, not necessarily Greek, I think it will work.
eye
Galina, and I will take 82% of oil, will compensate
Gala
So I only use this kind of oil
Tan, do with what you eat, everything should work out.

Delicious bread. It took me a while, but we are not used to retreating!
I did at once a double rate, so to indulge here.
No signs of trouble. But the molding was immediately crooked.

And the apocalypse began in the oven, everything climbed out, dripped, hissed and burned.
Eventually:

And I haven't photographed the pieces that have fallen off yet.
It's a fiasco, bro!

I don't know what influenced such a frantic growth. The flour was Zheleevskaya, the yoghurt curd danissimo was slightly overdue and kefir in half, the yeast was fresh. The almonds were almost ground into flour. There was obviously a lot of filling and it still remained.

The next day I did the work on the mistakes.
The dough is doubled again. But I took 330 grams of dough per form, that is, 110 grams per roll, smeared thinly. Well, I tried it out, just bought the form. There the filling is the remains of almond and apple jam.
