Note

A recipe for lovers of airy fluffy bread, the fluffiness was preserved even on the third day after baking ... Delicious bread!
The combination of oat flour and yoghurt makes this bread soft and juicy, but not heavy. Honey has a light, sweet, fruity flavor, so it's great for toasting for breakfast.

well .. I did it ....

The bread came out 992g.

Well, as always, not without incident.
Instead of yogurt, I have kefir (from milk mushroom). Instead of oatmeal - ground flakes. Unsifted bread or gray flour was replaced with coarse flour.
I warmed the butter and honey a little, because the butter was from the cold and the honey was sooo thick ... maybe because of this the dough turned out to be thin? Out of fright, I added more flour, to the kolobok ... well, the result is on the roof. Probably not necessary? It was hard for him to rise .... Tell me, if there is butter in the recipe, in what form should it be added?

The taste is sweetish .. But since I sooo love coffee and bread in the morning, this is a very suitable option.
I'll still bake. definitely! (honey can only be a little less ladies .. otherwise my sugar bowls are against ...)

, forgive me for making fun of the recipe!

Thank you, honey! You know, sometimes my eaters get bored with everything and want something like that, this bread was just such a "diluent" of everyday bread ...

Oksan, I forgot to write that I put less honey ... I 2 tbsp. l. Instead of 3 I put it, it seems normal.
Tell me, if the recipe contains butter, in what form should it be added?
Oksan, I always add softened, at room temperature, I have a ceramic barrel of butter specially for baking, I keep it on the kitchen table so that the butter is soft.

I just think that if I hadn't banged more flour, I would definitely have kicked bread out of the bucket ...
And sugar, nothing terrible! ... I sooo love sweets (even meat!) and sooo love oatmeal in bread. And also, the little one no longer wants to eat kifirchik, so I think, at least something might get into the body (something I had previously failed to recipe with kefir ...)
In general, thanks for the recipe. Take number two is behind me!
hamechog
Delicious! And with dried cranberries it is also beautiful. I practically do not eat pastries - I have enough willpower. But! Unless there was oatmeal in the recipe. And as soon as the oatmeal appears, willpower shrugs, turns and leaves ...

Thank you, I baked it today - delicious, fluffy, not crumble. Maybe reduce a little bit of sweetness, but I took Rastishka and I didn’t regret the honey. I will certainly repeat !!!

Krosh, thanks for the interesting recipe.
Tell me, please, did I understand correctly that in the recipe "white bread flour" is wheat flour of the highest grade, and whole grain or gray flour is wheat flour of 1 or 2 grade?
sweetka
Krosh, I mean the main program, right? How much time do you have?
The bread looks just awful !!!!

Yeah, "Basic" (3 hours 17 minutes). I also baked it on "Whole Grain" (3 hours 22 minutes), I did not notice the difference.

Help, pzht, the young baker.
I have a question about "Medium Oatmeal". There is oatmeal. How much should you put in a given bread?

"Whole or gray bread flour" - that is, is the usual premium bread flour, but not sifted?

Thanks for the recipe! The bread did not rise much, but it turned out to be even and very tasty !!!

Crochet, and another question (can I?), this is a small loaf, as I understood the program for 750 grams, but how to make more, I'm not yet strong in terms of calculations, maybe you have already done more, tell me.
Rucheek
Crochet I still baked your bread, it turned out not a very large loaf, but tasty, although the top in this bread turned out to be smooth and ruddy, I did not sprinkle it with flour, (I followed the bun and went about business). Thanks for the delicious recipe. The only thing I want is a bigger bread size: girl_red: Ah, and instead of yogurt there was kefir.

Rucheek, sorry, I did not see your previous message asking for a recount ... Well? Are we going to count? Here is the conversion for a flour mixture with a total weight of 780 grams, for our CP it is the most ...

White bread flour-300 g 500 gr.
Medium oat flour, plus a little for sprinkling on top - 100 g 160 g
Whole bread or gray flour-75 g 120 g
Water-200 ml 320 ml.
Salt -1 tsp 1.6 tsp
Liquid or thick honey-3 tbsp. l. 4.8 tbsp. l.
Butter-25 g 40 gr.
Dry yeast-1 1/4 tsp 2 tsp
Yogurt-150 ml 240 ml.
I am very glad that you enjoyed the bread !!! To your health and your loved ones !!!
Rucheek
Crochet Thank you, I will bake, and set the weight for baking 1kg or 1.5kg, sorry that there are many questions (maybe stupid), I want to clarify everything so that the bread turns out.

I honestly never bother with the size, I bake everything (both those loaves that are smaller and those that are larger) on average / 1 kg. I'm not complaining, the bread is always good ...
And if you have any questions, ask (and they are not at all stupid), then we come here to learn and help each other ...

Krosh baked a loaf, this time a large loaf and the basic mode, everything is just super high bread and a beautiful top. Thanks for the recount

Hello, I am an aspiring baker eager to join the ranks of experienced bakers.
This is my ninth bread. Very tasty. especially for me - an ardent fan of oatmeal.
But it was with this bread that I had such a problem: the bread crumbles a lot (although I use a special knife for slicing), and the top part, which is about one-fifth of the entire height, crumbles most of all. When cut into slices, this part shamelessly falls off from the slice in the form of separate "crumbs".
When baking according to the recipe, I used wheat flour of the 1st grade, oat flour (Garnets) and whole wheat flour. I knead the dough, always adjusting the state of the kolobok, as Admin teaches. This time I did the same.
I read the section on defects, but I can't sort out what I did wrong, the experience is not enough. Experienced bakers are looking forward to your advice. I would like to repeat such a delicious bread, but taking into account the work on the mistakes. Thank you in advance!

CAIS, welcome to our friendly forum !!! Join our friendly and warm company !!!

Due to the fact that I have never had such a problem, I can’t say / advise you anything sensible ... All I can do is send you to the topic BREAD CRUSHING, perhaps there you will sooner find an answer to your question, and if you don’t find it, then our baker friends will promptly suggest / advise you something !!!

Is there anything you can replace wholemeal or gray flour with? For example, add more wheat? Or rye?

Unsifted flour, gray, it is not sifted, with some bran. Such flour can be made by ourselves We prepare wheat whole-grain flour and flour of the 1st and 2nd grade ourselves https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=135443.0

You can make any flour substitute in the recipe, don't be afraid to make your bread to your liking. This will be your signature bread!

Baby, thank you very much for the hospitality, and for the recipe
My gingerbread man was soft, even a little liquid, but the bread turned out like in the photo.
I wrote above that I added rye to all the whole wholemeal flour and it interrupted the taste of oatmeal, so I advise you to go only with wheat. And for my taste, I would add a little more salt (although I left 3 spoons of honey)
And the recipe is interesting because it is made of flour, not cereals, and even with yogurt (I make it myself in a yogurt maker)!

Kroshik, do you think you can bake such bread in the oven in the shape of a loaf or round in the oven? or will it spread and must be baked in the form? I want it in the oven ...
Crochet
Sashul, ta lexto !!! Nuuu ... I think soca ...

I did not bake this bread in the oven (now I alsoa abovea ), but for reinsurance it is possible for the first time and in the form ...

Although ... again, my guesses, since I hardly remember this dough, if you mold a loaf according to all the rules, you should notaboutit would spread ...

Kroshik, honey, thanks for the WONDERFUL bread, delicious, delicious, fluffy, fluffy. Although I don't even know what exactly came out for me - bread or a flat cake, baked in the oven and during the proofing it grew a little bit more beautiful, in the form it would be prettier, but everything is delicious. From my family - grand mercy!

Bread was baked in a Panasonic SD-ZB2502 bread maker. Sifted all the flour through a sieve. First of all, put the oatmeal, and then the flour in any order. Last but not least, oil and water. On the main mode 1 (4 hours). The bread turned out to be incomparable, beautiful color, the consistency is what you need. We can't describe the taste. Try not regret it !!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I baked this bread. It is simply incomparable !!! The taste is amazing! The crumb is elastic !!! Thank you!
Only I put less honey. Homemade yogurt.

Girls, tell me what could be the reason, the bread did not work out, this is my first failure after a month of baking. I did everything according to the recipe, except that yogurt was replaced with kefir. True, it was not the freshest. As a result, the bread inside is damp, the roof has collapsed and the bread is all spongy ... Baking in the main mode. Is this really influenced by kefir?
Sonc
Good morning! Yesterday I baked this bread - the result is beyond praise - sooo delicious!
Instead of water, I took whey, replaced the oatmeal with children's dairy-free oatmeal (Baby), only 50 grams of whole grain flour, added 25 grams of oatmeal. And for the kolobok I added 2 tbsp. tablespoons of whey. The bread turned out to be high, with a beautiful flat roof - just a sight for sore eyes

The recipe contains enough wheat flour, without which bread will not work.
There are replacement options:
- make the "gray" wheat flour by yourself, the recipe is here "We prepare the wheat whole grain flour and flour of the 1st and 2nd grade" https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=135443.0 and take its prescription amount 75 grams
- add 1 tbsp to the dough (flour). l. wheat bran, add the rest of the usual wheat flour. Pour 75 grams of wheat flour into a bowl, remove 1 tbsp. l. flour and add the same amount of wheat bran

Crochet, thanks for the recipe!
Instead of yogurt, I put sour cream on my eye), probably because the roof fell a little.
But the taste !! The crust is just awesome
I'll write it down in a notebook, I'll bake it again.
