Sugar 6 tbsp. l.
Dry instant yeast 2.5 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanillin 1 pack.
Cinnamon 2 tsp
Egg 4 things.
Butter 90 g
Raisins (dispenser) 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • If someone repeats:

  • 2. Lubricate the top - be sure, otherwise the top will burst.
  • 3. Baking - last 50 min. -> lubricate in 50 min. before the end of the program.
  • 4. Attention: during baking, the dough will rise about 2 times more - you need to take into account when greasing the top (if the coating gets on the sides of the bucket, it will bake (to the non-stick coating), however this is not a problem, just skip to remove it between the wall (s) and the cake - I am a wooden spatula.
  • 5. The crust of the cake is strong, dense, but this is in all recipes - the stirrer will remain in the kulich - also in all recipes.
  • One size (Large) - I did it, you can <or>
  • • To prevent the "hat" of the cake from cracking, in 50 minutes. until the end of the program, you can grease the top of the cake with water or egg yolk, whipped with water.
  • • To soften the crust, after baking - brush it with a piece of butter.

I tried a number of recipes and settled on the "standard" one for the SD-253. This is a slightly modified recipe Buttery orange bread (in the original recipe - the finished product is more like a lemon cake (or something). This slightly modified recipe is more like a traditional cake, it completely replaces the one in which you need to add flour and other ingredients (I - I didn't notice the difference), it's easier to do - the effect is the same (IMHO).

Yesterday I baked a cake from Gennadi. The top of the cake is cracked, but this is my fault, I didn't grease it after lifting. Everything suits me in terms of taste, but the sides of the cake are too dark, almost burnt, and this does not suit me. Tell me how to avoid this flaw in baking .. Baked in the "Basic" mode.

Make the size small and the lightest crust. If this does not help, turn it off 5-10 minutes earlier - pick it up empirically.

Show me my non-gingerbread man. I'm just confused. All ingredients are strictly according to the recipe. ! Already the second attempt and ....! She turned off the oven in 15 minutes, if you take it out earlier, then the cake is still raw. I put the crust - "light", the main mode. There have never been any problems with ordinary bread. I tried this recipe and it turned out to be a delicious cake. She baked the Sweet Bread program (Kenwood 350). Made a small change, in place of 2.5 tsp. yeast, put 2 tsp. The cake rose under the very cover of the stove. Next time I will use the ingredients without baking powder.

Maybe you can try baking on the Sweet bread program, it is designed for butter dough. And even there it is sometimes necessary to get pastries early.
