Cooking method

  • Pork ham is cleaned of tendons, bones are removed, washed, stuffed with garlic and onions, rubbed with salt, sprinkled with pepper, placed in a ceramic or enamel dish, dry mint, bay leaves, leftover onions and garlic are added, poured with bread kvass and marinated in a cold place , turning over every 3-4 hours.
