fugaska, thank you very much for the recipe, because there are also porridge, mixtures that need to be lime in some way. Only one question arose, forgive the unreasonable, when adding a mixture as a substitute for powdered milk, what to reduce in your recipe? It seems that milk does not appear there. Sorry again, if I'm dull, very inexperienced, I only baked one loaf of bread

when you add milk mixture (but not porridge !!!), then, in principle, you do not need to subtract anything. I just don't advise adding more than 100 grams - it will turn out too much, a bit fat ... although in principle everything is for an amateur the main thing - add dry, do not dilute beforehand !!!
you can also do it on milk, and not on water, then the milk mixture can be added very little (mainly so that the products do not disappear)
but the main convenience of this recipe is that if you do not dilute the milk mixture beforehand, then it is quite possible to fearlessly put the bread on the timer - the water does not turn sour, and the mixture will not deteriorate
but you can also pre-dilute the mixture - then just add 300 ml of the finished mixture.

Baking today - I have a lot of overdue children's porridge.
I added half a pack of dairy-free rice Baby in the amount, did not add eggs, and then, when it was baked, I realized that I had completely forgotten to put butter, but accidentally put not 1 spoonful of sugar, but two I didn’t put eggs
Moreover, I adjusted the bun and left, the poor bread after baking for 2 hours was in the oven.
BUT it was baked and delicious (albeit sweet), it came up, baked. The only thing is, I would not put Raisins there and next time I would put sugar as expected. It's just that it’s not too sweet for tea, but it’s too sweet for salty dishes.
A question for those who have baby porridge - what is the volume of 100g of porridge? otherwise my packs are incomplete and there are no weights

There were several different Frutonyanya children's cereals. The kid refused to eat them.
Didn't know where to attach. I read the composition: flour (rice, or wheat, or oatmeal), milk powder, vitamins C, etc., additives of fruits or vegetables.
And all this on the forum is recommended to be added to bread for improvement.

A well-tried recipe.

Dry yeast 1 teaspoon
Wheat flour 400 g
Frutonyanya porridge 50 g (I weigh porridge and flour together and sift together too)
Salt 1 teaspoon
Butter (vegetable, butter, margarine or any) 1-3 tablespoons (to taste)
Spices to taste.
I add
Ground coriander 1 teaspoon
Dill, parsley dry ground 1 tablespoon.
Sometimes I add dried carrots.
Water 310 ml.

French mode (6 hours). HP Panasonic SD 255.

The bread is delicious. Unfortunately, the porridge is running out, but there was a desire to buy them for addition to bread.
Added to sourdough bread, too.

Found in the instructions from Moulinex 5004 a recipe for bread with olives.
For a kilogram of bread:
Water 340 ml.
Vegetable oil 3.5 tbsp. l.
Sugar 4 tsp
Salt 2.5 tsp
Special bread flour 640 gr.
Dry yeast 1.5 tbsp. l.
Olives 100 gr.

And then the reason why this post is here.
There was some kind of half-eaten Heinz baby porridge. About 180 grams. I replaced some of the flour with this porridge. Sugar instead of 4 put 2 tbsp. l. as there was sugar in the porridge. And the yeast threw 2 tbsp. l. (for reassurance). When mixing, I had to add a little water.
The result exceeded all expectations: a kilogram of bread rose so that it got out of the bucket. The taste is amazing. And the main thing is consistency: no matter how I crush this bread, it still restores its original shape and at the same time is not "rubbery".

I was also amazed at the result.
Dry porridge Frutonyanya without sugar. Therefore, I baked on my favorite French bread mode (6 hours).
I bought this porridge for bread several times.

I found out that adding less than 30 grams does not give an effect, and I don’t put more than 50 grams.

, and you don't put sugar in this bread?
ivolga
No, there is no sugar in this recipe, because this is a recipe from Panasonic, from the instructions for the bread maker - French bread.
And of course I put sugar in sweet buns. I just replaced part of the flour with dairy-free porridge.
The quality of the bread improves markedly.
Not only I noticed this:
