Ingredients

Melted margarine or butter 60 g

Dry yeast 0.5 bag

For filling:

Cooking method

Yesterday I cooked these buns and was in a hurry, so I decided not to let the dough stand, cooked the dough in HP and in front. True, I would not have dared to do it myself, but I remembered the magnificent pies "amchiki", the dough is approximately similar, only more margarine.
Put pressed yeast 12 gr. Next time I will put less sugar in the dough - too much sweet and I recommend dividing the dough into 2-3 parts, rolling it thinly, applying the filling. Otherwise, yesterday I rolled out the dough thinly on the whole table, started spinning and I see it turns out thickly, let's cut off the sausage for slicing, because the buns should be small.
