Bread with beets and caraway seeds (bread maker)

Ingredients

For 1 loaf, about 12 slices:
Fast acting dry yeast 1 tsp
Bread white flour 400 g
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Fine sugar 2 tsp
Butter 25 g
Beet juice 275 ml

Cooking method

  • 1. Place all ingredients in the bread maker in the order indicated on the instructions for your bread maker.

  • 2. Place the dish in the bread maker and start the basic baking program.

  • 3. After baking, remove from the mold and let cool.

Incredibly good !!! I didn't have time to photograph a whole loaf either, it was better to guard ... The airiness of the bread is amazing, the loaf is almost weightless ... the taste ... my delights, they say that it is unusual, but soooo delicious, here! The aroma is generally a song!

I baked a similar bread with beet broth - the usual recipe for white plain bread, instead of water - beet broth left after boiling beets, which I used for beet buns. Interestingly, the color of both the bread and rolls turned brown on the inside, while the outside remained pink. There is no photo of bread, but here are the buns:

25 g butter
275 ml beet juice

My freshly squeezed juice stood in the refrigerator for several days and, apparently, lost its strength. The color does not shock as before:
