Friends! Tell me what to do? I lost a lamb during transportation of the Hittachi bread machine, which kneads the dough on the axis in the container. Where can I buy? Who knows a good repair center?

Hello everyone!
The topic is really important. My bucket leaked in the Hitachi 303 bread maker. I rushed to look for a service center to replace it. Found it on the Internet. I share for everyone.
I got through there. They said that such a bucket should be ordered. For a period of 4-6 months. Long. :-( They said that you will bring an old bucket, maybe we will pick it up from other models. It will cost 500 rubles.

Hello everyone!
There was a problem: the bucket of the Hitachi bread machine leaked. You can order a bucket from the service department, but wait a very long time. 4-6 months. Can someone advise. Can I use a bucket from another model of bread maker? Would really appreciate a hint.

I have a similar problem, but I've also been looking for the "Clatronic BBA 2605" stove since March. They say you can use a bucket from another stove, from which I don’t know. I'm looking for it myself.
🔗 it seems similar, but who knows.

Maybe the moderator will create a new section in the forum sections called "Breadmaker repair, workshop addresses, spare parts stores" and move this topic there? By the way, I already wrote the addresses for LG in the Lg section, which can also be transferred ...

Dear ones!
Wail for help!
The oil seal for HP "Hitachii" is out of order. My beloved HP has served faithfully for over 20 years without any complaints.
I don't want to change to a new one. I still have it from old times, it was brought directly from Japan (both manufacturing and assembly are Japanese).
You need a spare parts store or whatever (anyone) who can send this oil seal and preferably not in one copy. There are no service centers in the immediate vicinity, we will install it ourselves. According to the big overpayment or waiting.
Yandex, Google refuses to find spare parts for bread makers, writes that nothing was found.
Poo-oo-oo-oo-oo-oo-oo !!!!!!!!
Lyi
In addition to the previous post.
The oil seal is needed for a bucket, such as shown here in the figure.
I would agree to pay for the oil seal + repair if only someone sent it to me, of course, I would also pay postage.
In general, without any exaggeration, this is exactly howl. How am I now without my bread machine.
Ivan
for bread maker parts try to contact CPS, service workshop, they used to sell parts and repair 🔗 phone at the top of the page, check if they have any details for Hitachi now and whether the spare part will be sent by mail to the region.
+7 (495) 645 67 46
Lyi
Thank you very much for the address provided.
It was not possible to contact by phone. They answer: the number was dialed incorrectly, although the same phone number is listed on their website. But the SMS went through.
I will wait for an answer. Maybe ...
Ivan
Lyi They have landline phones, they do not receive SMS, there is no point in checking SMS ...

on this link there is this number indicated above, if the code 495 does not dial, try the code 499, Moscow is divided into 2 halves, into 2 city codes 495 and 499, I don’t know which code they have ... but judging by the site info -495 ...

The most interesting thing is that today I received an answer to my email. a letter in which it says "hello." .. and repeated my letter sent to them, nothing else was in this letter. I didn’t understand anything, but didn’t bother, as in the next branch https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ion=com_smf&topic=229.100 I found yesterday the data of the service center, which gladly accepted the order for the dispatch of 2 oil seals, but at a price of 550 rubles apiece. I am very satisfied.

zapo! I ordered spare parts for my bread maker in this online store 🔗 There is also the mixer you need.

And now I have a new problem with the bread maker. Today a plastic part burst inside the bread machine itself. The one that rotates the mixer (such a black ring at the bottom of the bread machine with two protrusions). Unfortunately, I don't know what this ring is called. And now I don't know what to do. I can't imagine my life without a bread machine. I did not find such a spare part in the catalog of that online store. Can someone tell me what this part is called and where can I get it?

ATP for participation, but all links and phone numbers somehow flock to one place on Shelepikhinskaya embankment 18, where the answer is one: "Now there are no spare parts on Hitashi, it is not known whether there will be or not!"

From experience I know this only in the USSR, after it was removed from production for 10 years, the plant had to be kept in a warehouse or produce components. It is easier for the capitalists, they were removed from production, or immediately or after 2-3 years they were removed from support, this is what HP and Xerox do

Someone accidentally offered me a bucket by mail, it remains to find a mixer))))
Zoya Grishina
And I would have a stirrer for the 301st Hitachi, it is possible with a bucket. Can anyone have it?
Khimera
I will buy a bucket for the Hitachi HB-301 bread machine... In mine, the oil seal has failed a couple of years ago. We pulled it out and put everything back together. Works without it. But little by little fluid leaks during work. After baking the bread, you need to soak it with boiling water to start rotating the spatula. Therefore, we only use it for kneading dough. The unit has been operating for over 20 years. And he is still alive.

shikThere is such a spare part in Vladivostok in the service center - it costs 1500r. But for the installation they ask for 800r. To the question, I'll install it myself, they say it's not a problem with you 2300r. and she's yours.

Makxr, and they have a bucket on Hitachi HB-E303 on sale?
And how much do they want for it, if any?
I'd like to! : yes: HP is alive, but the oil seal in the bucket was out of order, I bought a new oil seal, but for some reason it did not sit down properly, I had to buy Panasonic, but I still regret the bread from Hitachi. She also served me for over 20 years.

I'll try to call tomorrow. I will unsubscribe you here.
Makxr
I called the service center, they can look for a form for the HITACHI HB-E303 bread machine and install all new components. The price is 80-100 $. If you need the phone number 255-84-28. It will probably be easier to install a new oil seal by telling them the specific dimensions of the seat.

Makxr, we have already gone through all this and even managed to buy her own oil seal, but everywhere there were problems, I will not describe them.
We decided that if we succeed, we will immediately buy a bucket. I don't want to experiment anymore.
If it's not difficult, then call this service center and ask if they have buckets for my HP.
Thank you.
sazalexter
Lyi, Alas, this HP has long been discontinued, the probability of finding a bucket or a shovel tends to zero. If you find something used.

In Japan, such bread makers on sale have a (new) price of about 15,000 rubles. This was told to me in the service center, which is located in the city of Vladivostok on the street. Lower port 1 (you can google it). It's no secret that Vladivostok is the closest to Japan (we didn't have such problems, I saw, bought if available, if not then ordered), any imitators of original spare parts are everywhere in a shaft. If we are talking about a spare part that is not mediocrely original, then the wrong size is reduced to zero. They will pick up a bucket does not mean that it is from some other and used (so I was told when the addressee was announced, that is, you are the Krasnodar Territory), but they asked me to drive up with your bucket. I gave the phone number above the area code now I don’t remember again GOOGLE for help. If the problem is really only in the oil seal (although I think that after all it is somewhere deeper and you just (but everywhere there were problems, I will not describe them). Then someone will not help you. Regards and good luck to you!

Makxr, thanks for the answer.
I made a request to Yandex and Google for a list of service centers in Vladivostok, hoping that they had an email address to write a letter. I was looking for at st. Verkhneportovaya 1 and the phone number, I could not find.
Tomorrow I will call the phone that you wrote, I hope everything will work out.
The time difference is 7 hours? I lived near Vladivostok for 3 years, but it was so long ago !!!

Tell me where you can buy a kneading paddle for a large bowl of a Binatone BM 2169 bread machine? There is no service center in Lipetsk, and no one answers the phones on the Binaton website, neither does messages!
