Ingredients

Onion 1 head
Chinese cabbage 500 g
Complementary Products
(cheese, bacon mushrooms, etc.)

Sugar 1 tsp
Salt ~ 0.5 tsp
Wheat flour
(CZ-vaya or usual)
~ 100 g
Baking powder 1.5 tsp.
Pepper

Cooking method

  • In a multicooker on the "Baking" mode, sauté the onion. Switch off MV.
  • While the onion is being sauteed, cut the cabbage into small pieces, rub it a little with your hands so that it loses its volume. Add sautéed onions to the cabbage (do not wash the MV saucepan, return it in this form).
  • In the cabbage filling if desired, you can add additional products.
  • For example:
  • - meat products (sausages, bacon, chicken, etc.)
  • - boiled rice
  • - boiled eggs
  • - fried onions (onions) or green
  • - cheese
  • - sauerkraut
  • - pickled beets or carrots
  • - salted or marinated or fried mushrooms
  • etc.
  • Make dough.
  • Beat eggs with sugar, pepper and salt. If salty foods such as cheese or bacon are added to cabbage, then no more than 0.5 tsp of salt is needed. If the food is fresh, then you need more salt. Add flour and baking powder. You should get a thick, flowing dough.
  • Pour the dough into a bowl of cabbage, mix.
  • Put the mass in a multicooker saucepan, level, turn on the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes. After the signal, open the lid, cool slightly and take out the cake using a steamer basket.

Note

The recipe of Irina Krutova was taken as a basis (from white or Peking cabbage, for the oven). I did it more than once in a multicooker, it turns out well.

I made this cabbage charlotte in the AEROGRILL. Form 24 cm in diameter. Lattice - medium, speed - medium, temp. - 205 hail. I covered the form with foil with small holes (I cut out a "snowflake" from the foil). Time - 50 minutes. Fried onions in an airfryer at temp. - 180 degrees, and low fan speed.
