Horseradish and Herb Bread

Ingredients

For 1 loaf, about 12 slices:
Bread grain flour (grain) 450 g
Rye flour 50 g
Water 350 ml
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Cane sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Butter 25 g
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Dill seeds 1 tbsp. l.
Chopped fresh parsley 2 tbsp. l.
Grated fresh horseradish or grated horseradish from a jar 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Place all the ingredients in the bread pan in the order shown on the instructions for your bread machine, adding dill seeds, parsley and horseradish after flour.
  • 2. Place the dish in the bread maker and turn on the main program.
  • 3. After baking, remove from the mold and let cool.

Aromatic additives such as horseradish and spices are great additions to homemade bread, as very few of them are needed to give a really strong flavor.
